Peruvian ceviche is unlike any other Latin ceviche. The Japanese immigrants infused their fishery skill combined with the ingredients and flavor of Peru creating world renowned ceviche. If your looking a unique food fun experience, learning the national dish of Peru will give you a taste of their culture, my chef stories of my working and living in Lima, will give you a taste of Peru.
My restaurant, Yuyo Peruano, gained critical acclaim for serving the best ceviche in Austin. I'm sharing my training and skills so you too can make the perfect Peruvian ceviche. I've partnered with my favorite vendor, Minamoto, to provide the freshest sushi grade fish so that you can make the best ceviche. More details below. Non Austin residents can participate as well with fish and chile purchasing recommendations.
