Mexican Cooking Series
If you are missing your favorite Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurant, this series will satisfy any future cravings. In this class series we meet weekly for a month to accomplish Mexican favorites like tomatillo enchiladas, cochinita pibil, roasted tomato chile salsas, and of course learn how to make homemade flour tortillas. I'll also share best practices for sourcing ingredients. Grocery lists, equipment, and recipes will be included.
