Maracuya Mousse /
Passion Fruit Mousse
Three ingredients blended to make a quick and fast dessert. Alejandra Baruch, friend and fellow chef living in Lima, Peru shares her family recipe on my most recent Live broadcast on FB August 28 @8pm.
1- 300ml can of condensed milk
300 ml maracuya fresh juice*
300 ml heavy cream
*Notes: This no fuss recipe uses the same can of condensed milk to measure the other ingredients. If you use maracuya concentrated pulp, adjust your measurement to be less than the full can of condensed milk.
In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend well and pour into your favorite dessert cups. I've used a rocks glass in my picture above. Set overnight. Top with cacao nibs. ¡Buen provecho!
